Edward 'Butch' G. Costantini

Edward G. ‘Butch’ Costantini, 66, of Bergholz, OH, passed away Friday, September 26, 2014 in the Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.

Butch was born Jan. 19, 1948 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Edgar G. Turvey and Marilyn J. (Pickens) Costantini.

He worked at Weirton Steel in Weirton for 22 years as a Foreman before going to work for DeNoon Lumber where he retired from after many years of service. Butch had a love for music and was a well-known guitar player in the area.

In addition to his parents, Butch was preceded in death by his son, Edward G. ‘Butchie’ Costantini, Jr., his brother Jim Costantini, his father Earl Costantini and his uncle John Turvey.

Butch leaves behind his children, daughter Laure (Rich) Rawson of Bergholz, son Daniel (Eleni) Costantini of Middlefield, OH, daughters Liane (Dave) Parker and Katherine Costantini both of Canton, OH; sister Paula Costantini of Hartsville, SC; brother Doobie Huffman of Wintersville, OH; mother of his children, Carolyn D. Costantini of Canton. He also leaves behind his seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to memorial visitation for Butch on Monday, Sept. 29 from 5-7 pm followed by his memorial service at 7 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St. in Toronto, OH. His memorial service will be conducted by his family and his burial will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
