Bill was one of the cutest kids I ever knew. He had a killer smile and a twinkle in his eye that always made you think he was planning a prank - and often, he was! He was always kind, especially to my sister, Candy, and never had a bad word to say about anyone. I knew him and his wife, Kathy, since they were children and my heart goes out to their friends and family. He was truly one of the good guys.
