Zachary T. Michael

Zachary Taylor Michael, 23, of Steubenville, OH passed away July 14, 2015 in Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV.

Zach was born June 18, 1992 in Steubenville, son of Douglas J. Michael and Delores M. (Barnes) Michael, both of Steubenville, OH.

Zach was employed by Scott Contracting in Steubenville, and was attending school at Wheeling Downs in Wheeling, WV for casino dealing. 

He was a member of Triumph of the Cross in Steubenville.

Zach was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John P. and Rose Barnes and by his niece, Reagan Rose Doyle.

Surviving in addition to his parents, Doug and Delores are his three sisters, Ave Marie (Daniel) Stone of CO, Angelina Marie Michael and Kelley Coleen Michael both of Steubenville; his step-mother Jennifer Michael of Steubenville; three step-brothers, Chris, Aaron and Max; four nephews, Cameron, Bryson, Rowan and Oscar.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 16 from 4-8 pm at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. in Toronto, OH.

Additional visitation will take on Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Steubenville from 10 am til time of Zach’s Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 11 am. Father Thomas Nau will celebrate his Mass and burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Steubenville.

Vigil Services will be held at 3:30 pm on Thursday at the Funeral Home.
