Agnes (Trudics) Volsky

Agnes (Trudics) Volsky, 90, of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday, Aug. 25, 2017 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Agnes was born Oct. 17, 1926 in Toronto, daughter of the late Metro and Anna (Karaffa) Trudics.

She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Byzantine Catholic Church in Toronto.

In addition to her parents, Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph who passed in 2005; three brothers, Milton, Eddie and Joe Trudics; four sisters, Annie Stevenson, Martha Cooper, Sophie Motto and Helen Skiver.

Agnes leaves behind her son, Thomas and her two daughters, Rebecca and Roberta Volsky all of Toronto; her brother, Paul (Bonnie) Trudics also of Toronto and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday morning, Aug. 28 from 9:30 – 10:30 am at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. A Requiem Divine Liturgy will be celebrated Monday at 11 am at St. Joseph Byzantine Catholic Church in Toronto by the Reverend Father John Kapitan, Jr. OFM.  Burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be directed to Valley Hospice or the Toronto Unit of the Salvation Army.
