Joseph G. Tulencik

Joseph G. Tulencik, 83, formerly of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017 in the Gables Care Center in Hopedale, OH.

Joe was born July 22, 1934 in Toronto, OH, son of the late Joseph J. and Mary M. (Solomon) Tulencik.

He was retired from the US Postal Service after many years of service as a Mail Carrier in Doylestown, PA. Joe also was a former member of St. Joseph Byzantine Catholic Church in Toronto. He was a Veteran of the US Army and a graduate of Ohio University.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his son, Joseph Tulencik.

Joe leaves behind his two daughters, Margaret Russel of Philadelphia, PA and Kathleen Beauvais of Los Angeles, CA; his son, Michael (Sue) Tulencik of Shillington, PA; his sister, Dolores ‘Doddie’ Obertance of Toronto; his nephews, Dan Obertance and Joel Obertance of Toronto and Victor Obertance of Florida; his two grandchildren, Caela and Corey Russel and his previous wife and the mother of his children, Margaret Duffy also of Shillington, PA.

A private family graveside service for Joe was held at the Toronto Union Cemetery. Arrangements for Joe are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
