Luanne Martin Obituary

Luanne M. (Moore) Martin, 61, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday Feb. 13, 2018 at her home after a lengthy illness.

 

Luanne was born Jan. 19, 1957 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Lewis and Florence (Suffoletta) Moore.

 

She was a homemaker and a member of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church. In the past, Luanne was a teacher’s aide and volunteered in many aspects at the former St. Francis Central School.

 

Luanne was a loving and caring wife, mom, Me-Maw and friend. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and she enjoyed shopping on QVC for her family and friends.

 

In addition to her parents, Luanne was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Moore.

 

Surviving is her husband of 41 years, William ‘Bill’ Martin, whom she married on Feb. 5, 1977; her daughter, Rachel (Jason ‘Jay’) Ault of Toronto and her grandson, Lucas Ault.

 

Family and friends are invited to attend Luanne’s Funeral Liturgy with Mass on Sat. Feb. 17, 2018 at 10:30 am at St. Francis Roman Catholic Church located on Findley St. in Toronto. Father Thomas Vennitti will celebrate her Mass and burial will follow in Island Creek Cemetery in Toronto.

 

Arrangements for Luanne are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
