Ada I. Kinney, 67, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Sunday Oct. 17, 2010 in Trinity West. Ada was born in Harrison Co., Sept. 24, 1943, daughter of the late Lawrence and Edith Mattern Roberts. She was a former aid at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville and was a member of the House of Prayer in Riddles Run. In addition to her parents Ada was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Kinney Sr., her daughter Lois Kinney, three brothers and one sister. Surviving are six sons, Joseph Kinney Jr., of MI, Edward Gene Kinney, David Kinney Sr. and Charles Elmer Kinney Sr. all of Steubenville, Clarence Kinney Sr. of New Alexandria and Brian Kinney of St. Clairsville. Two daughters, Ivy Bonar of CO. and Barbara Kinney of Steubenville. Her sister Marlene Scott of Goulds, and her brother Lawrence Roberts of Rayland. 24 Grandchildren and 26 Great-Grandchildren. Friends and family may call on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm., at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 107 Hill St. Smithfield, Ohio.
