Alan L. Briggs, 51, of Rayland, died Wednesday, March 10, 2010 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Alan was born on July 27, 1958, son of Robert D. Briggs and Merrel Green. Visitation for Alan will be held on Tuesday, March 16 from 5-7pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. Memorial donations may be made to the J.E.
