Albert R. Randy Carmoney, Jr., 75, of Salineville, OH, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019 in the Beeghly Oaks Rehab Center in Boardman, OH.

Randy was born April 6, 1943 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Albert R., Sr. and Wanda Juanita (Brown) Carmoney.

Randy retired from the Marine Corp. as a Capt. with 23 years of service working with Logistics. He was also was a Veteran of the Vietnam War.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor (Mercer) Carmoney who passed in 2014.

Randy leaves behind two sons, Bryon of Kansas and Carl of NY; two sisters, Gretchen Bailey of Highlandtown, OH and Sandy Kerwood of TX; one brother, Terry of Alabama and one grandchild, Heidi.

Services for Randy will be private and his burial will be held at the convenience of his family. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
