Alice M. Dyer, 75, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Alice was born Aug. 16, 1940 in Steubenville, daughter of the late Robert and Edna (Flanagan) Emery.

She was a homemaker and had previously worked at the former Morens Flower Shop in Toronto.

In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Dyer, her son John William Dyer, her sister Mary Kinemond and her brother Cecil Earl Emery.

Alice leaves behind her daughter, Brenda Czesztyicki Clark of Steubenville and her son Gary Dyer of Toronto; her brother Arvel (Pat) Emery of Canton, OH and her sister Audrey Blasko of Toronto; her two grandsons, Michael (Sheena) Czesztyicki and Chad (Ashely) Clark; three great-grandchildren, Brayden and Kowen Czesztyicki and Ava; her two special nieces, Paula and Kimmy Kinemond and her two great-nephews, Mainey and Richie.

Visitation for Alice will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 2 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 am at the funeral home with Rev. Luke Hightshue officiating. Burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery in Toronto.
