Aliwina F. Clutter, 74, of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday Feb. 17, 2022, in the Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

Aliwina was born May 14, 1947, in Manila, Philippines, daughter of the late Felipe B. and Gloria (Fajardo) Pagkanlungan.

She was a former executive secretary at Phil National Bank, and an administrative officer at Mupas Chinakarn Inc. until her retirement. Aliwina was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and Prime Time both of Steubenville.

Aliwina received her Bachelor of Science in Business & Accounting at Jose Rizal University in the Philippines, and her MBA at the University of Steubenville.

In addition to her parents, Aliwina was preceded in death by her youngest brother, Jomel Pagkanlungan.

Surviving is her husband, Carl L. Clutter, whom she married May 12, 1983; son Justin R. (Alexandra) Clutter of Toronto; three grandchildren, Leona, Jackson and Xander. Also surviving are her brothers and sisters, Thelma F. Mupas MD, Sonia F. Jervoso, Josie F. Ayento, Gener F. Pagkanlungan and Ligaya F. Niieves.

Visitation will be held Tuesday Feb. 22, 2022, from 2 to 4 pm & 6 to 8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, where her funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 am. Fr. Thomas Nau will officiate, and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. www.jefosterfh.com
