Amanda R. (King) Starr, 38, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017.

Amanda was born Aug. 12, 1979 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of Mark A. and Rebecca L. (Green) King.

Amanda had previously worked at Weirton Hospital as a CT Tech, Trinity Health Systems as an X-Ray Tech, the Toronto Library and Kaufmann's Dept. store.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Josh Starr who passed in 2016.

Amanda leaves behind her two daughters, Carly King-Brewer and Joslynn Waugh both of Toronto; her parents, Mark and Becky King of Toronto; her sisters, Sarah King of Toronto and Vanessa King of Steubenville; her nephews, Anthony King-Leone, Landon and Declan Sloane.

Family and friends will be received Friday from 4-7 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto where her funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:30. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate and a luncheon will follow at the First United Methodist Church in Toronto. www.jefosterfh.com
