Andrew C. Andy Hall, 36, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023 at his home.

Andy was born December 23, 1986 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Helen J. Putty (Biddle) Hall and Herman K. Hall, who survives.

He was a 2005 graduate of Toronto High School and previously worked at the Weirton Walmart.

In addition to his mother Putty, Andy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George Estep, Jr. and Joanne McCarthy, maternal grandparents, John and Della Biddle, uncles, Jay and Bob Stock and John Biddle, aunts, Lida Daugherty, Margaret Swick, and Jonna Babe Miller.

Andy leaves behind his father, Herman Hall of Toronto; two brothers, Ken (Abby) Biddle of Columbiana, OH, and Matt (April) Biddle of Ashtabula, OH; uncle, Doug Hall of Toronto; aunts, Candace Hall of Viper, KY, Brenda Lowe of Frankfort, OH, and Lynn Poley of Bridgton, ME; two cats, Oreo and Smokey, and many cousins and friends.

Visitation for Andy will be held Friday, Sept. 8 from 11 am to 2 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Andys funeral will follow at 2 pm. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate and burial will follow in the Toronto Union Cemetery next to his mother.

Memorial donations may be directed to the funeral home to help the family.
