Andrew R. "Fritz" Waldman, 73, of Co. Rd. 15 Rayland, Ohio passed away Thursday Sept. 10, 2009. Andy was born December 30, 1935 in Dillonvale, Ohio son of of the late Frank and Bessie Swartz Waldman. Andy was the retired Owner of Waldman Inc., located in Tiltonsville for many years. He loved doing auto body repair for all of his customers. In addition to his parents, Andy was preceded in death by his loving wife Barbara J. (Crossland) Waldman, who passed away in 2003. Also an infant sister Mary Jane Waldman and two brothers Robert and Frank Waldman. Surviving are his Son Andrew "Scott" and his wife Debbie Waldman of Rayland, his Grandson Patrick Waldman, his brother William F. (Alma) Waldman of Chargin Falls, Ohio,His Companion Wilma Dobbins of Rayland, several nieces and nephews and many long time customers and friends. Friends and family may call on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm., at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 107 Hill St. Smithfield; where Andy's Life Celebration Service will be held on Monday at 11:00 am. Rev. Pete Tuchek will provide the Service for Andy and burial will follow in Northern Cemetery in Smithfield. Memorial donations may be made to: The Belmont Co. Animal Shelter. 45244 National Rd.
