Anna M. (Demko) Manning, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2011 in the Country Club Manor in Steubenville, Ohio. Ann was born Nov. 3, 1924 in Stratton, OH, daughter of the late George and Mary Karaffa Demko. Ann was retired from the G.C. Murphy Co. in Toronto; she was a member of St. Joseph Byzantine Catholic Church in Toronto, where she was a former member of the Church choir and the Ladies Guild. Ann was a past member of the Toronto Band Mothers and was a 1942 graduate of Toronto High School. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband William R. "Bill" Manning who passed away in 1996 and her sister Helen Demko.Surviving are her daughters, Marcia J. (Michael) Lewis of Toronto, OH, and Nancy A. (David) Robinson of Owasso, OK; her two sisters, Mary J. and Agnes I. Demko both of Stratton, OH; four grandchildren, Chelsea Quattrone, Ryan (Lea) Robinson, Matthew (Paige) Powell and Adam (Arin) Robinson; eight great-grandchildren, Madison, Gia, Gabriella, Riley, Aiden, Jack, Scarlett and Arden. Visitation for Ann will be Friday, December 9, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, 701 Findley St. Toronto, OH. Saturday morning the family will gather at the Funeral Home at 10:15 am. Ann's Solemn Divine Liturgy will follow at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Byzantine Church on 5th St. in Toronto with Fr.
