Anna "Baba" Tomovcik, 82, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at her home. Anna was born July 26, 1930 in Vinne, Slovak Republic, daughter of the late John and Anna Ridos Dzacko.Anna was a member of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Toronto, OH, Toronto Sr. Citizens and she was a sales clerk at Kaufmann's Dept. Store for 27 years. In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband, John Tomovcik.Baba was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother. She leaves behind her son, Vladimir Tomovcik of Toronto, OH; her two grandchildren, Mandy Belardi and Mike Tomovcik and her five great-grandchildren.Funeral Liturgy with Mass for Anna will be held on Friday, March 15 at 11am at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Toronto, OH with Fr. Thomas Vennitti as Celebrant. There will be visitation at the church from 10:30am til the time of her Mass at 11am. Burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery.Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Church in the form of a Mass 1225 North River Ave. Toronto, OH 43964.
