Obituary

Annabelle M. McCullough 95 of Smithfield, Ohio passed away Wednesday April 27, 2005 in the Forest Hill Nursing Home in St. Clairsville. She was born Jan. 15, 1910 in Poughkeepsie, New York daughter of the late Fred and Etta Thompson Hunter. She was a former Librarian for the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson Co. She is a member of the Piney Fork Presbyterian Church, the Liberty Grange, Smithfield Senior Citizens, and the Smithfield Sr. Women's Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Merle McCullough in 1967. Surviving are her Son; Sam ( Marian ) McCullough of Wheeling, her Grandson; Tyler McCullough of Wheeling, her Sister; Marian Sutherland of Piney Fork, her Brother; John (Maxine) Hunter of Marion, Ohio, Two Nieces; MaryAnn (Lloyd) Boyd of Smithfield, Karen ( Michael ) French of Huntsville, Ala., Two Nephews; David ( Nina ) Sutherland of Pleasant Grove, and Tom ( Cindy ) Sutherland of Columbus, Ohio. Friends and family may call Friday 2-4 and 6-8 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 107 Hill St. Smithfield; where Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am. Rev. Gary Willingham McLain will officiate and burial will follow in New Alexandria Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made to: the Wheeling Park Tennis Team 1976 Parkview Rd. Wheeling , W.Va. 26003.
