Anthony S. "Tony" "Ace" Perun, 70, of Toronto, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2007 in TrinityMedicalCenter West.Tony was born November 3, 1936 in Toronto son of the late Edward P. and Anna Perun.Tony was retired from Timet-Titanium Metals Corp., where he worked as a Machine Shop Foreman for 34 years.Tony was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, a veteran of the Army, an avid golfer and member of Dyer Country Club; he was the inventor and patent holder of the Big Easy Swing Trainer.In addition to his parents Tony was preceded in death by three sisters, Anna Perun, Teresa Perun, and Rita Zdinak; one brother Steve Perun.Tony is survived by his wife, Marge (Strovilas) Perun of 45 years; one son, Anthony C. "Tony" Perun of Toronto; two brothers, Edward (Mary) Perun; Paul (Charolette) Perun both of Toronto; two sisters, Rosemary Gooch of Toronto and SisterGeraldine Perun of Witichia, KS.Visitation for Tony will be held on Friday March 23, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St., Toronto. A vigil service will be held Friday evening at 8:30pm.Funeral Services for Tony will be held on Saturday at 11:00am at the funeral home with the Msgr. Kurt Kemo officiating.Burial will follow in TorontoUnionCemetery.In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial donations be made on Tony's behalf to the charity of your choice. www.jefosterfh.com
