Antoinette(Sabatini)Kniszek,89,ofSmithfield, Ohio passed away Sunday evening April 15, 2007 in EORH in Martins Ferry.She was born March 11, 1918 in Plum Run, Ohio; daughter of the late Alesandro and Anna Coccia Sabatini. She was a Homemaker, a member of St. Adalbert's Catholic Church in Dillonvale, was a former member of the Choir at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Smithfield, is a member of the Rebecca Lodge in Brilliant, Dillonvale Eagles, Dillonvale American Legion Aux., CSA Lodge # 121 in Dillonvale, and the AARP in Dillonvale.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward in 1991, her son Edward "Sonny" Jr. in 1987, a Great-Grandson Josha Scovronski in 2006, two sisters, Mary Mehall in 1976, Josephine Talamonti in 1988 and her brother Elmo Sabatini in 1987.Surviving are her daughter Mary Ann Kniszek of Smithfield, her brother Fred (Kathy) Sabatini of Smithfield, three grandchildren Patricia Simpson, Edward (Carrie) Acconey both of Smithfield and Lisa Scovronski of Wintersville.Six Great-Grandchildren, Riva Martin, Kylee Simpson, Edward Acconey Jr., Victoria and Paul Jr. Scovronski. Several nieces and nephews.Friends and family may call Thursday evening7 - 9 pm. and on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm., at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 107 Hill St. in Smithfield; Vigil service will be at 3:30 pm. Friday.Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am., at St. Adalbert Church in Dillonvale; Msgr. John Kolesar will be the Celebrant.
