Antonia Lenore (Domenick) Sadar, 80, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at the Gables Care Center in Hopedale, OH.Lenore was born Aug. 19, 1928 in Harpersville (Jefferson Co.) daughter of the late Tony and Mary Sabenello Domenick. She was a Homemaker and loved to bake. She is a member of St. Adalbert Roman Catholic Church in Dillonvale. She worked for a time at the former Cionni's Restaurant. In addition to her parents Lenore was preceded in death by her 9 yr. old sister Gloria and her brother Joseph. Surviving are her husband John E. Sadar, whom she married on June 12, 1948 and who also shared her room at Gable's Care Center with her, her children Doreen (Frank) Barczak) of Orlando, Fl., Amelia "Mimi" Sadar of Pittsburgh, Pa., and John (Frances) Sadar of Smithfield. Three grandchildren Todd Barczak, Jennifer Barczak, and John Frank Sadar. Visitation for Lenore will be held on Friday, April 17, from 4-8pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home Inc. 107 Hill St. Smithfield, OH. Due to travel scheduling of the out of town family members, Lenore's Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held on Monday at 10:00 am., at St. Adalbert's Catholic Church in Dillonvale. Additional visitation will take place at the church from 9:15 am. til time of her Mass. Msgr. John Kolesar will be the Celebrant and Burial will follow in Northern Cemetery in Smithfield. Wake Service Friday afternoon at 4:00 pm. Piney Fork American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Service Friday Evening at 7:00 pm.
