Arthur W. Staymate, Jr., 64, of Rayland, OH, passed away on Saturday October 11, 2025, at his home.

Art was born Feb. 4, 1961, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Arthur W., Sr. and Mary (Watson) Staymate. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Darrell and Rodney Lambert and Kenny Staymate.

Art was a mechanic, who worked for the former A.S.I. Ambulance Service in Steubenville, until his retirement.

Surviving is his wife, Sandra L. (Williams) Staymate, whom he married on April 24, 1982; his daughter, Sara (Chad) Logsdon of Steubenville; three grandsons, William Wallace Keller of Rayland, Johnathon Joseph Keller of East Springfield, OH, and Tyler Benson Logsdon of Steubenville; sister, Martha (Donnie) Oxley of Hopedale, OH, and brother, Tom (Cindy) Staymate of NC.

In following Art's wishes, there will be no public services and he will be cremated. His arrangements are in the care of J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH.
