(Coil) Starr, departed this world Sunday, February 5, 2012 surrounded by his loving family.He was loved by all his family and will be sadly missed by everyone.Baby Logan was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandmother Nancy Starr and his Maternal Grandfather Bernie Coil.Baby Logan leaves behind his parents, Frank and Rebecca, his big brother Jeremy D. Starr, his Paternal Grandfather Johnnie Starr and his Maternal Grandmother Susan "Sue" Coil all of Toronto, OH. Baby Logan also leaves behind several loving aunts and uncles and cousins.
