Barbara A. (Telek) Baker, 81, of Steubenville, OH, formerly of Mingo Jct, OH, passed away Tuesday June 22, 2021, in the Carriage Inn of Steubenville.

Barb was born Oct. 10, 1939, in Plum Run, OH, daughter of the late Julius, Sr. and Virginia (Reinagle) Telek. She was a retired clerk with the state unemployment office.

In addition to her parents, Barb was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Baker, sister Teresa Telek, and brother Leslie Telek, Sr.

Surviving are three brothers, Clyde (Rose) Telek, Lenny (Linda) Telek and Julius (Barbara) Telek, Jr., all of Plum Run and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Sat. June 26, 2021, from 10 to 11 AM followed by Barbs funeral service at 11 at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. Rev. Wilford Simeral will officiate and burial will follow in Northern Cemetery, Smithfield. www.jefosterfh.com
