Barbara N. Schroyer, 67, of Toronto, OH, passed away Sunday Dec. 6, 2020 in the Genesis Hospital in Zanesville, OH.

Barb was born Dec. 31, 1952 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late William and Ida (Kaczmerek) Allen.

She was retired from the Jefferson Co. Health Dept. - WIC Department. Barb was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Toronto and the Toronto Sr. Citizens Club.

In addition to her parents, Barb was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas D. Schroyer on April 30, 2015, her sister, Sandy Allen and two brothers, Bob and Jim Allen.

Surviving is her son, David (Roxanne) Schroyer of Nashport, OH; her daughter Amy (Derek) Ohalek of Youngstown, OH; three sisters, Betty Cornelius of Coshocton, OH, Alice Kay (Kenny Paul) Elson of Toronto and Rene (Paul) DiEdwards of Weirton, WV; her four-legged son Dude; her eight grandchildren, Ashley (Jake) Booth, Alex, Ethan, Nate and Isabella Schroyer, Carlie and Olivia Elson and Stephanie Ohalek. Barb also leaves her many close friends and neighbors, who she loved dearly.
