Betty L. Dahlem, 87 of Dahlem Rd. Toronto, Ohio passed away Friday June 26, 2009 in the Carriage Inn of Steubenville.Betty was born April 10, 1922 in Proctor, W.Va., daughter of the late Roy and Mary Stackhouse Daughtery. Betty was a homemaker, a member of Bray's Chapel Church and also attended Word of Life Chapel in Wellsville.In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. in 1990, her son Ronald in 1982, sister Margaret "Peg" Vinburg and brother Roy.Surviving are five sons; Gary ( Linda), of Richmond, Richard (Terry) of Chicago, William, Kenneth (Cindy), and Kirk (Pat) Dahlem all of Toronto. Sister, Joyce (Rich) Urban of Weirton and a brother Don (Phyllis) Daugherty of Greentown, Ohio. 11 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren. Friends and family may call on Monday Evening from 5:00 - 9:00 pm. , at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto; where Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am.
