Obituary
Betty M. Sembar, 96, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday Dec. 26, 2016 in the Carriage Inn of Steubenville, OH.
Betty was born Feb. 16, 1920 in E. Liverpool, OH, daughter of the late Edward and Della (Powell) Morrison.
She was retired from the former Ohio Valley Hospital in Steubenville, after 17 years of service working on the mens medical floor.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Oscar Sembar and by her daughter Mary Ann Kish.
She is survived by her daughter, Barb Clashman of Richmond, OH and by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Bettys wishes were to be cremated, with no services to be held.
Her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
