Beulah L. (Brown) Crawford, 83, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Monday, April 7, 2008 in the Dixon Health Care Center in Wintersville. Beulah was born June 4, 1924 in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Alfred and Eunice (Crow) Babel. She was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith. In addition to her parents, Beulah was preceded in death by her son, Donald 'Butch' Brown; three sisters, Betty Coen, Bernice Quinn and Bippie Babel. Beulah is survived by her husband, Floyd R. Crawford of home; her two sons, Dale W. and his wife Carolyn Brown of Smithfield; David E. Brown of Steubenville. Beulah is also survived by three grandsons, five great-grandchildren and one step grandson. Visitation for Beulah will be held, Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. Beulah's service will be held on Thrusday, April 10, 2008 at 11am at the funeral home with the Rev. Wilford Simeral officiating.
