Baby Braiden Leroy Cooley-Pensis, 13 months old, of Smithfield, OH, died Sunday, February 14, 2010 as a result of SIDS.Braiden was born on January 3, 2009 in Wheeling, WV, son of Josh M. Pensis and Crystal M. Cooley.Braiden was preceded in death by his great-grandfather Gilbert Wiley and his paternal great-grandparents John and Norma Semborski who he will now be joining in heavenBraiden is survived by his parents, his brother Jacob Russell Terrill and sister Lexus Marie Pensis both of home and Crystal's fianc Jerry Kuta of Smithfield; Braiden's maternal grandparents, Nancy Cooley of Smithfield and David Cooley of Wintersville, OH; Braiden's paternal grandparents, Kathy (Ed) Lantz of Dillionvale, OH and Ken (Eunice) Pensis of Tiltonsville, OH; Braiden's great-grandmother Ernestine Wiley of Rayland, OH, his great-great-grandmother Virginia Wiley of Yorkville, OH; his Godmother Cristina Takach of Smithfield and his aunt Jenna Robertson of Dillonvale, OH. Braiden also leaves behind many great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins who will sadly miss him. Visitation for Braiden will be held on Saturday, Feb. 20 from 10-12pm followed by his funeral service at 12noon at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH, with Rev. Jim Huff officiating.
