Brenda Lee (Anderson) Kenny, 43, of Wagram, N.C., formerly of Toronto, Ohio died Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Firsthealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst after a courageous battle with cancer.Brenda was born in Steubenville, Ohio on March 21, 1967 to Rita M.(McGrath) Anderson, who survives and the late Ronald Lee Anderson, Sr., who passed away on June 16th., 2010. She was known for her "others before self" attitude and love of people. Brenda served as a teacher's assistant for 8 years at Wagram Primary School. She loved to cook and enjoyed taking care of her family. She and her husband, Michael, shared 22 years of marriage.In addition to her husband, Brenda is survived by her daughter, Kayla Marie Kenny, Two sons, Tyler Michael Kenny and Trevor Lee Kenny all of the home, her mother, Rita Anderson of Longs, S.C., one sister, Rhonda Sue Saffel and husband Jay of Laurinburg, N.C., One brother, Ronald Lee Anderson, Jr. and wife Lisa of Weirton, West Virginia and a host of friends. Friends and family may call on Thursday Aug. 12th. from 2-4 and 7-9 pm., at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto, Ohio; where Brenda's Life Celebration Service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate Brenda's service and burial will follow in Island Creek Cemetery.
