Cathy Lynn Tharp, 59, Steubenville, OH, passed away Thursday June 28, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Cathy was born December 22, 1958 in Steubenville, daughter of the late Russell V. and Dorothy M. (Brown) Tharp.

She was a homemaker and a loving mother, sister, aunt and friend to all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Cathy was preceded in death by her husband, Kevin Nay, who passed away in 2015, her sister, Sharon Hildreth and her brother, Robert Tharp.

Surviving is her son, Michael Nemeth of Toronto, OH; her two daughters, Dyan and Randi Nay both of Georgia; her sister and brother-in-law, Dianna Tharp and John Trifonoff of Steubenville; her two brothers, Donald and Russell Tharp both of California and several nieces and nephews.

Cathys service will be private and held at the convenience of her family. Her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
