WAYNE ALLENCharles "Wayne" Allen, 84, of Toronto, Ohio, passed away Monday Jan. 24, 2011 in Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.Wayne was born July 7, 1926 in Toronto, son of the late Luther B. and Alice Richardson Allen. He was retired from the George Cattrell and Sons Plumbing and Heating Co. in Toronto, was a member of the Plumbers and Pipe-fitters Local # 495 in Cambridge, Ohio, was a member of the Toronto American Legion Post # 86, the Weirton V.F.W. and was a saved Christian. In addition to his parents Wayne was preceded in death by his wife Norma Jean (McKnight) Allen in 2000, his infant daughter Cheryl Lynn, his sister Dorothy Jean Henry and three brothers, William, who died for his country in W.W.II, Lawrence "Jack" and Robert John"Bob" Allen.Surviving are his two daughters Linda Lee Tubbs of Canton, Ohio and Michelle Kay "Shelli" and her husband Ed Burton of Westerville, Ohio, his son Charles W."Chuck" and his wife Jan Allen of Hazelhurst, MS. and his sister Alice Potts of Toronto. 11- Grandchildren, 20- Great-Grandchildren and 4- Great-Great-Grandchildren. Friends and family may call on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm., at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto; where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am. Rev.
