Charles R. Bailey Jr. 57 of Twp.Rd. 76 Toronto, Ohiopassed away Thursday March 17, 2005 in the emergency room of Trinity Medical Center West. Charles was born May 30, 1947 in Steubenville, son of Margaret Midcap Bailey who survives of Steubenville and the late Charles R. Bailey Sr. He was a Slag Salesman for Olympic Mill Service in Mingo. Charles was a Christian, enjoyed golfing, was a Graduate of West Liberty State College and was U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. In addition to his mother, Charles is survived by; his wife Gretchen (Carmoney) Bailey,Whom he married on Oct. 30, 1967, Two daughters; Shannon ( Michael ) Mosti of Toronto,Michalene ( Jason ) Westover of Middletown, Ohio. Three Grandchildren; Mickenzie Bailey, Michael Mosti Jr. and Payton Westover. His Brother, Sherman L. ( Victoria ) Bailey of Toronto. His Sister; Peggy Giammarco of Flint, Mich. Two Nephews, Matthew Bailey and John Giammarco. Two Nieces, Christina and Susan Giammarco. Friends and family call on Monday evening from 7 - 9 pm. and on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 701 Findley St. Toronto; where Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am. Pastor Jason Elliott will officiate and burial will follow in Island Creek Cemetery.
