Obituary

Charles O. 'Chuck' Walker, 77 of Piney Fork, Ohio passed away Wednesday Feb. 13, 2008 at his home after a lengthy Illness. Chuck was born Aug. 8, 1930 in Unionvale, Ohio, son of the late Orville and Wilma L. Kelley Walker Davidson. He is retired from Titanium Metals Corp. in Toronto working as an oiler. He is catholic by faith, a member of Piney Valley Sportsman's Club, member of the Dillonvale V.F.D. Club, was an avid Cleveland Brown's Fan,and in the fifties played professional baseball as a pitcher for the Chicago White Sox's baseball organization. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Rosalie 'Toots' Kornetti Walker, whom he married Nov. 23, 1964, two sons, Robert (Debra) Walker and Charles 'Chuck' (Annette) Walker all of Calf. Nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. One half brother, Richard 'Pete' (Catherine) Davidson of Adena, half sister Phylis Best of Unionvale, five step-brothers, Alan, Rick, Lanny, Loren, and Bill Walker. Several nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call on Sunday afternoon from 4:00 pm. til 8:00pm., at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 107 Hill St. Smithfield; where services will be held on Monday morning at 10:00 am. Msgr. John Kolesar will officiate his service and burial will follow in Northern Cemetery in Smithfield. www.jefosterfh.com
