Charles A. Rebon, 65, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Feb. 20, 2014 at his home.Charles was born June 23, 1948 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late John Rebon and Amelia (Westover) Rebon, who survives.He was a veteran of the US Marines having served his country in the Vietnam War.A memorial service for Charles will be held on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014 at 7pm at the Cornerstone Church in Toronto, OH with Pastor Raul Diaz officiating.
