Charles Robert Ziggy Zeigler, Jr., 56, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022 in the Trinity West ICU in Steubenville, OH, surrounded by his family.

Chuck was born Dec. 26, 1965, son of the late Charles R., Sr. and Phyllis (Kuhn) Zeigler.

Chuck ran his own successful business, Zeigler Ziggy Remodeling, for many years. He was a 1984 graduate of Toronto High School and was always known as the Class Clown. Chuck loved spending time with his family, camping, attending car shows and making pizza.

He is survived by his children, Dana, Blayne, and Savannah Zeigler and two grandchildren, Lexi and Dylan Phelps. Being the youngest of five siblings he leaves behind his older brother Edward (Vickie) Zeigler, sister Jeanette (Jay) Richardson, and brothers Clint and Bob Zeigler.

Family will gather on Tuesday, May 3 from 2 to 3 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home followed by Chucks Memorial Service at 3 pm. Rev. Raul Diaz will officiate, and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. www.jefosterfh.com
