Charlotte Louise Bradley, 74, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday Aug. 5, 2019 in Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

Charlotte was born July 5, 1945 in Toronto, daughter of the late Roy Benton and Reva (Long) Wells, Sr.

She was a homemaker and loved all her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Reed Bradley, Sr. on Nov. 1, 1989; her stepmother, Wilma (Tice) Wells, an infant brother Arthur and her brother, Sonny Wells.

Surviving is her son, Thomas Reed Bradley, Jr., of Toronto; two daughters, Robin L. Montgomery and her fianc David H. Monigold of Steubenville and Pamela L. (Dan) Shevelow of Toronto; one sister, Barbara (Mike) Joyce of Steubenville; 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday Aug. 9, 2019 from 11 am to 1 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Her funeral service will follow at 1 pm. Joseph Coma will officiate and burial will follow in Island Creek Cemetery in Toronto.
