Obituary
Chester Miller, 65, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away Monday, Feb. 21, 2022, in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.
Chester was born June 7, 1956, in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Stanley and Antionette (Galik) Miller.
He was previously employed by Ohio Coal, Consol, where he was a Core Driller and Gunite Construction.
Chester leaves behind his two sisters, Theresa Hepburn of Dillonvale, and Rosalie (Dennis) Lucas of Martins Ferry, OH; brother, Anthony Miller of Dillonvale.
Chesters wishes were to be cremated with no services observed. He will be laid to rest in the Northern Cemetery in Smithfield with his parents.
Arrangements for Chester are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Smithfield, OH.
