Cindy Leigh Perkins, 56, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday Dec. 6, 2025, in the Emergency Room of the East Liverpool City Hospital.

Cindy was born March 31, 1969, in Norfolk VA, daughter of the late Lee and Rhea (Ennis) Lanning.

Cindy spent 30 years as a cook at Abdalla's Tavern. She enjoyed doing crafts, had a fondness for garden gnomes, and cherished her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas R. Perkins, who passed on May 1, 2023, and her sister, Crystal Lanning.

Surviving is her daughter, Shea Whitten of East Liverpool, OH, and her son Coedy Perkins of Toronto; two grandchildren, Zoey Roberts and Rowan Murvine; three sisters, Candy Lanning, Sonny Lanning and Shawn Ennis, all of North Carolina, and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Randy and Sherry Perkins of New Somerset, OH.

Cindy requested to be cremated, and her family will arrange a memorial gathering at a later date.
