Clarence V. Butch Reese, Jr., 69, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family.
Butch was born April 5, 1946 in New Cumberland, WV, son of the late Clarence Reese, Sr. and Lillian (Bailey) Nixon.
He was retired from the former Hancock Manufacturing Co. in Toronto where he worked as a Fork Lift Operator.
Butch was a Veteran of the U.S. Army having served his country in the Vietnam War. He was an avid golfer.
In addition to his parents, Butch was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Reese.
Butch leaves behind his wife, Barbara (Gorney) Reese whom he married March 8, 1969; his son, William (Hope) Reese of Toronto; his daughter, Sarah Reese and companion Tom Sullivan of Steubenville, OH; his sister, Cheryl (Tim) Robertson of Toronto; his brother, Clarence Dean (Kathy) Reese of New Manchester, WV and his three grandsons, Mitch, Kenny and Dalton Reese.
A memorial service for Butch will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 2 pm at the Cornerstone Church in Toronto. Pastor Raul Diaz will officiate the service.
