Clarence 'Jim' 'Robbie' Robinson, 82, of Dillionvale, OH, passed away Sunday, November 18, at his home.Jim was born on August 6, 1925 in Tyre, Penn., son of the late Edward and Lula (Charston) Robinson. Jim was a retired coal miner from Consol Coal and also worked at Dieckman's Greenhouse. Jim was also a member of the Shaffer Chapel AME Church in McIntyre.In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his sister, Alice Williams; his brother, Charles Robinson; a step-sister, Mae Davis and a step-brother, Whittico Page.Jim is survived by his wife, Corolla (Becks) Robinson of home; two foster children in Detroit, Mich.; a brother-in-law, Wilbur Becks and a sister-in-law, Ruth Brown of Cleveland, OH. Jim is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.Friends and family will be received on Friday, November 23 from 11am up until the time of the service at 12pm at the Shaffer Chapel AME Church in McIntyre. Mary Ann Smith will be presiding over his service. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain, OH. J.E.
