Clarice J. Chambers, 83, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014 in Life Line Hospital in Wintersville, OH.Clarice was born Sept. 27, 1930 in Toronto, daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Jones) Willoughby.She was retired from the former Stacey's IGA in Toronto and she regularly attended First United Methodist Church also in Toronto. In addition to her parents, Clarice was preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest Chambers and her second husband, John Manning; her son Jimmy Chambers and her brother Donnie Willoughby.Surviving are her sons, Tom (Debbie) Chambers of Florida and Denny (Janey) Chambers of Toronto; her brother William 'Bill' (June) Willoughby of Weirton, WV; her nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Visitation for Clarice will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH, where her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am. Rev.
