Clifford E. Gill 77 of Richmond, Ohio Died Wednesday April 28, 2004 in Dixon Health Care Center in Wintersville, Ohio. Clifford was born March 12, 1927 in Steubenville, son of the late Charles W. and Eleanor E. Critser Gill Sr.He was a retired crane operator for Weirton Steel Corp., was a member of the Richmond United Methodist Church and was a former employee for Salem Township for 10 years. Clifford served in the U.S. Army during W.W. II. In addition to his parents, Cliff was preceded in death by his brother, Charles W. Gill Jr. Surviving are;His wife; Gloria Jean (Taylor ) Gill of home, a grandson; John Paul McAvoy of home, Two Sons; David ( Janet ) Gill of Richmond, Charles (Debbie) Gill of Wintersville, Four Daughters; Debra (Michael) D' Albenzo of Wintersville, Victoria (David) Marsh of Somerset, Ohio; Elizabeth (Jerry L. Larrick ) WilsonOf Salesville,Ohio; Gloria ( Tim ) McAvoy of Steubenville. 12 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.A Brother, Samuel ( Betty ) Gill of Toronto, three Sisters; Katherine ( Edward ) Workman of Warren, Donna ( Ronald ) Ferguson of Steubenville, Jacqueline ( Howard ) Bowers of Wintersville. Friends and family may call on Friday 2-4 and 7 - 9 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 701 Findley St. Toronto; where services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm. Rev.
