Clifford Frank Scheel, 86, passed away April 5, 2016 at Trinity Medical Center West.

He was born in Stratton, Ohio on March 28, 1930, a son of the late Frank and Helen (Morrow) Scheel,

Cliff was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth (Prosko) who passed away April 20, 2003, a brother Richard Dick Scheel and grandson Jonathan Scheel.

He retired from Weirton Steel as a Foreman at the Blooming Mill Slab Yard, was a 25 year member of Weirton Steel and a 50 year member of the Toronto Masonic Lodge #583.

Clifford is survived by his son Clifford E. (Patty) Scheel, daughter Susan M. Bradley, brothers, his twin Clarence (Karlene) of Kissimmee, FL, William Scheel of Stratton. Robert(Patty) Scheel of Richmond and Gene Scheel of Las Vegas, NV; sisters Marilyn Scheel of Delaware and Marsha (John) Crouch of Toronto; eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; his beloved dog and companion Pluto.

Calling hours are Saturday April 9, 2-6 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St. in Toronto, OH. Masonic services will be held at 5:30 pm by the Toronto Masonic Lodge #583.
