Cynthia Ann (Moro) Williams, 51, of Rayland, Ohio passed away suddenly Thursday May 21, 2009 at her home. She was born Feb. 19, 1958 in Steubenville, daughter of Joseph A. and Carrie Shaffer Moro who survives. Cindy was the former branch manager for Allied Home Mortgage Co. in St. Clairsville, Cadiz and New Philadelphia. She was a member of the Plum Run C.C.C.U. and participated in Hope Ministries. She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents Edward and Ann Moro and by her Maternal Grandmother Adeline Kramarich.In addition to her parents who reside in New Philadelphia, Cindy is survived by her husband David Williams, whom she married on July 18, 1987, her daughter Lindsay(Michael) Milton of Tampa, Fla., four brothers, Joseph (Georgia) Moro of Wintersville, John (Cathy) Moro of Steubenville, Timothy (Melissa) Moro of Hopedale, Thomas (Tracy) Moro of Uniontown, Ohio and several nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call on Sunday from 6-9 pm., at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 107 Hill St. Smithfield; where Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am.
