Darlene M. Noonan, 70, of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday, October 22, 2010 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.Darlene was born on December 5, 1939 in Weirton, WV, daughter of the late Joseph and Susanne (Olenick) Miller. Darlene was a member of the St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Toronto, where she was very active. She also was a member of the Toronto Sunrise Seniors and the Pioneer Club. Darlene was retired from C and P Telephone in WV. Darlene is survived by her husband, Ralph T. of home whom recently celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary. Darlene is also survived by her son Ralph J. of Wintersville and her grandson Zachary Noonan; her brother Ronald Miller of Weirton, WV and her brother Delbert (Rose) Miller of Toronto. Darlene is also survived by many cousins and nephews.Visitation for Darlene will be held on Sunday, October 24 from 1-6pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH where there will be a Vigil Service at 5:30pm. Family and friends will gather Monday morning at the funeral home at 9am for a Prayer Service followed by her Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 9:30am at St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Toronto with Fr.
