David Norman Kacel, Sr., age 66, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away Saturday Jan. 16, 2021 in Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

Dave was Born May 27, 1954 in Steubenville, son of the late Albert and Helen (Yoblinski) Kacel.

He was once a US Mail truck driver, then he went to work for Cabelas in their warehouse.

In addition to his parents, Dave was preceded in death by his wife, Linda and his adopted parents, Albert and Helen Kacel, who adopted him and his two younger brothers in 1959, and also by his brother Ronald.

Surviving is his son, David N. (Paula) Kacel, Jr, of E. Liverpool, OH and his 2-year-old grandson Kayden; his brother, Richard Kacel of FL and niece, Destiny Kacel. Through ancestry.com Dave also has a half-sister, Trish Peck, two half-brothers, an aunt, Marjorie Sines and cousin, Bryan Sines.

There are no services planned at this time. Daves arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH.
