Obituary
David S. Mad Dog McLean, 69, of Toronto, OH, passed away peacefully Wed. July 26, 2017, surrounded by his loving family.
Dave was born June 18, 1948 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late David Mac and Mary W. (Earnshaw) McLean.
He served his country in the US Navy serving one tour in Vietnam. He worked for the US Embassy Service in Morocco.
Dave worked 30 years at Weirton Steel and was a Union Steward in the Coke Plant. He was an avid waterman and he enjoyed the river life.
He is survived by his brother, William (Diana) McLean of Steubenville; his sister, Bonnie McLean of Berlin, MD; nephews Mac McLean, Jonathan and Evan Watkins; nieces, Mary Ann Thompson, Dane Watkins, Alison Mohr and Jill Watkins; his granddaughter Emily Wilson and great-grandson Jack and his beloved cats, Willy, Katie and Baby.
Services for Dave will be private and his burial will be held at the convenience of his family. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH www.jefosterfh.com.
