David Lee Muscari, 63, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023 in the Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.

Dave was born Sept. 6, 1959, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Barbara (Mackey) Muscari. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mary Bell Mackey.

Dave has worked at Valley Converting in Toronto, making skids in the Carpenter Dept., for the last 34 years. He was an active member of the Brilliant Vol. Fire Dept. for 16 years before becoming an honorary member.

He leaves behind two daughters, Amanda Muscari and fianc Andrew Betarie of Steubenville, and Caitlin Muscari and her daughter, Parker Ann Charles, of Kansas City, MO; brother, Anthony Tony (Brenda) Muscari and aunt, Patricia Gooseman both of Brilliant; uncle, Bud Mackey of Mingo Jct., and several nieces and nephews.

Davids wishes were to be cremated. A small celebration of life is being planned and will be held in Brilliant. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
