Deborah Kay Jackson, 70, of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022, in the Trinity West ER in Steubenville, OH.

Debbie was born May 20, 1952, in Steubenville, daughter of the late Paul and Doris (Devlin) Risnear.

She was a 1970 graduate of Toronto High School and a 1972 graduate of Jefferson Technical Institute, where she met her husband, Duane.

In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Barbara Risnear, niece, Denise (Wells) Allen, and nephew, Billy Risnear.

Debbie leaves behind her husband, Edward Duane Jackson, whom she married June 30, 1972; daughter, Adrianna Nicole (Dennis Blanc) Jackson of Weirton, WV; brothers, William (Marge) Risnear of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and John Risnear of Toronto; sister, Pauline (Harry) Wells of Hopedale, OH; nieces, Ginger Russell, and Kim Rivera; nephews, John Paul Risnear, Brian Wells, and Joseph Risnear.
