Deborah L. Sloan, 61, of Richmond, OH, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012 in the Life Line Hospital in Wintersville, OH.Debbie was born on Sept. 29, 1951 in Cleveland, OH; she was a self-employed painter and wallpaper installer and a member of Bray's Chapel Methodist Church and the Steubenville VFW.Debbie was preceded in death by her sister Bonnie Robinson who passed in 1975.Debbie is survived by her son, Sean (Gina) Savinell of Richmond, OH; her two daughters, Hilary (Thomas) Hill of Jackson, Miss. And Savannah Sloan of Birmingham, AL; her dad Solomon (Dolly) Robinson of Toronto, OH; her mother Alice Robinson of Richmond, OH; her two brothers, Thomas (Kathy) Robinson and Robert (Julie) Robinson both of Toronto, OH; her sister Mary (Bill) Blackburn of Richmond, OH. Debbie also leaves behind her five grandchildren, Sean Mikel Savinell, Kaelyn Savinell, Clara Hill, Benjamin Hill and Charlotte Hill.A memorial service for Debbie will be held on Thursday, Dec. 27 at 11am at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. There will be an hour of visitation held from 10am til time of service at 11am with Kevin Rinkes officiating the service.
